Description
Shanghai APT SuperKam150 hose crimping machine force reaches 200T(2000 KN), with a crimping range of 3~80 mm and 10 sets of standard dies. Digital hydraulic hose crimping machine, fast crimp and superior quality.
Perfect single crimping of 4 layers of 2 inch rubber hose or 3 inch industrial hose. It is widely used for crimping high pressure hydraulic hose assembly in the mechanical engineering, steel pipes, large pipes and pipes in irregular shape etc.

1.Digital controlled crimping machine
Digital controlled crimping machines have obvious advantages over traditional crimper:
*The operation panel is clear and easy to understand with prompt reaction speed and simple operation.
*The traditional manual adjustment is replaced by the digital controlled electrical ruler, with a crimping precision of 0.01 mm, which is 10 times that of traditional crimper.
*The crimping is not only more precise, but also nicer and neater.
2. Material
The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, with a surface hardness of HRC26-30 and an operation layer hardness of HRC59-63. The harden layer is 2 mm thick.
3. Hydraulic conduction system
With the pipeless valve block connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil tight and durable with stable pressure conduction, and greatly improves the performance of the crimping machine.
4. Die connection
Our crimping dies are connected through magnetism, which make it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat and nice.

Mould Features
Strong Magnetic Connection. Cr12 standard die steel, 8mm hydraulic crimping machine domestic implementation standard is GB/T 1299-2000. Dies and die base is connected by cutting-the-edge technology of strong magnetic connection.
Machine Head
Forged Steel, Germany Technology. Cylinder and piston use Chrome 40, forging integrity, increase its fatigue resistance. Surface hardness is HRC 26-30°, hardness of inside layer: HRC 59-63°, Eht 2 mm.
Control panel
SuperKam 150D 2 inch hydraulic hose crimper is equipped with computer numerical control operation panel which is more humanized than the ordinary ones. Computer numerical control operation system makes crimping more accurate, faster and simpler.
Valve
Electromagnetic Valve is used to adjust the hydraulic oil flow direction, quantity, speed etc. With high precision and good flexibility. The reversing valve spool is original Germany SED. Working with stability, no shaking, no blocking.
